At BlockBlueLight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if your frames aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it remains scratch-free and in resaleable condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange frames within 3-5 business days.
